About
My name is David Durel. I’m a homeowner in Marlborough, Connecticut concerned with the unfair division of the town’s sewer costs, and ever increasing property taxes.
I started this site to bring information to Marlborough residents about these issues, with a primary focus on the sewer. Unfortunately, sewer information from the town is wishy-washy and confusing. I hope to bring as much clarity as possible through this site, and to eventually banish the sewer’s “benefit assessment” charge.
Everything here is free. You can watch town board meeting videos, download documents — whatever I’ve got here, is yours also. I do not earn any income from any page of this site, nor any ads appearing on this site.
And, I want to hear from you. Feel free to comment on any post I’ve made, and anyone else’s comments. You only need to provide a name (you may use an alias if you feel uncomfortable using your real name) and an email address.
I recommend that you first familiarize yourself with what we know so far about the sewer by reading this post.
You may also receive updates via email by clicking here. Updates will be emailed once a day if new information has become available.
If you wish to submit an article to be posted, send it to me via email. I welcome all opinions.
Thank you for visiting, and I look forward to your comments — even if you disagree with me.
